The Background

Valera is ISO9001:2000 Registered Firm, a member of The Association of Catering Equipment Manufacturers and Importers (CESA) and affiliated to Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI)

Established in 1993, we represent worldclass brands and enjoy sole distribution with many of them. Since then we have firmly established ourselves as a multi product company with a varied portfolio of catering and refrigeration products which has been developed by understanding and responding to our customers’ needs.

We are proud of our continuing status as UK’s No. 1 commercial microwave supplier and our reputation as a major force in importing and distribution of commercial refrigeration is growing apace with an ever improving and a sophisticated range of products.

Distribution Policy

Valera reaches and supports it's market in partnership with carefully selected nationwide distribution and service network.

From the very beginning we recognised that our success depended on developing, supporting and working closely with a sincere partnership approach with distributors. This continues to be a fundamental objective of our distribution policy and we remain totally committed to it.

We do not compete with our distributors - We work alongside with them to secure business in a mutually beneficial relationship.

We actively market our brands and products by participating at major national trade shows and supporting our distributors at a local level as well as advertising and direct mail campaigns.

Both our warehouses, West Thurrock and Central England are based close to the national motorway network for easy access and hassle free distr ibution.
