Delivery
We hold huge stocks of equipment at our warehouses in Essex
and Lancashire and these are delivered nationwide using our dedicated
fleet of bespoke delivery vehicles for all large equipment and
an overnight service with reputable third party carriers for
small compact equipment. This allows us the flexibility needed
to deliver all products quickly, efficiently and safely.
Our delivery teams are highly trained, friendly, courteous and
knowledgeable.
By using our own transport fleet we minimise transit damage and
are normally able to meet most site delivery requirements.
Our fleet of purpose built trucks is continuously renewed and
include trucks with longer bodies and more internal height to
give us a greater carrying capacity. This combined with huge
3m tail lifts and new handling equipment will make even large
cabinets easier to deliver ... all to improve our already excellent
delivery service. Our dedicated warehouse and delivery teams
ensure that your cabinets arrive in time and in perfect condition.
Now, more than ever we can say "No task is too large"
Eco friendly deliveries
At Valera it is not just about the size and carrying capacity of the trucks, we are equally concerned with the environment. All new trucks are fitted with the latest eco-friendly 'Euro 4' engines. These have the latest technology available and reduce carbon and gases emitted into the atmosphere by 75% compared to pre-1993 engines and use less fuel.
By using larger vehicles with higher load capacities we reduce the number of vehicle movements, which, when combined with the new Euro 4 engines results in a significant benefit to the environment.
All the vehicles carry specialised moving equipment to ensure
that even the heaviest cabinets can be safely moved.
Our standard delivery service normally includes taking the goods
into a ground floor site, subject to sufficient, clear level
access.
For larger items or sites with access difficulties, we may require
assistance. However, with advance notice at the time of order,
we can supply additional labour at an additional cost. We can
also provide an unpack, position, plug in and remove rubbish
service or a full installation service for larger equipment.
This may be subject to a site survey and additional cost.
We are now able to provide the additional service of a stairclimber, which will enable large heavy cabinets to be taken up or downstairs. This service requires a site survey to ensure that the stairs are suitable and are large enough to accommodate the cabinet and prices will be quoted dependant on the site conditions.
To further improve our total service commitment, we have now started regular deliveries to Northern Ireland and Eire, again with our own vehicles and our drivers.
Safe disposal
When delivering new products, at a modest cost, we can remove obsolete / end of life products for safe environmental disposal, complying with all current legislation. The equipment to be collected should be unplugged, clean and dry ready for collection when the new cabinet is delivered.
