Among a wealth of new products for 2008 Valera has introduced:
• From Roband: the 13,000 rpm milkshake and drink mixer that makes light , fluffy thick shakes; Eco-Ray automatic toasters and grillers with a choice of top and bottom or top only heat; and contact grills that fit up to eight bread slices on fast-heating cast aluminium plates.
Countertop frying is made easy with Roband electric fryers, with removable tanks and precise thermostat control. Chip warmers, a carving station, and counter-top bain maries keep food piping hot, while a donut fryer completes the range.
Counterline pie and food warmers that can display up to 50 pies, with removeable glass, shelves and crumb trays. Vertical toasters hold six bread slices with a reduced option for quieter periods.
Boiling hot plates have six heat settings and high speed recovery, while the griddle hotplates/toaster units combine the two cooking mediums.
