The Leventi Booster combi-steamer has received a commendation in the prestigious Caterer & Hotelkeeper Equipment and Supplies Awards 2009. The model, the first to use microwave “boost” technology in a large oven with multiple cooking trays, was recognised in the Combi Ovens, Microwave and Steamers category, and will appear in Caterer & Hotelkeeper’s January 22nd issue.
The panel of distinguished judges was impressed with the revolutionary high-speed cooking of the Leventi Booster, which cuts cooking time by anything from 30 to 70%, depending on the product, all the while retaining the moisture, texture and flavour.
